UNBILLED TOLL
is an additional Service/Feature available through
Pay-Lynx:
Client CSR's have
the ability to view customer's unbilled toll through
Pay-Lynx. This is a useful feature for protecting
against fraud, answering customer questions about
long-duration calls, or proactively monitoring LD
minutes.
The unbilled toll
feature allows you to search by Billing Number, To
Phone Number, From Phone Number, Message Type,
Jurisdiction, Call Duration, or Total Minutes. You
can also export information to either Word, PDF, &
Excel format.
