Computer Systems is currently
acting as a Lifeline/Link-Up agent on behalf of most of our
clients as well as several non-clients. CSLLC has received
recognition from WSTA for our efforts in the Lifeline/Link-up
Program. Services offered include; querying the state CARES
system, the Department of Revenue's (DOR) system, maintaining a
database of all eligible customers and a query schedule
associated with each customer.
Key Benefits

CSLLC acts as an agent
for Telco's to verify lifeline eligibility.

CSLLC contracts with the
Department of Workforce Development for access to CARES.

The Telco uses the form
drafted by CSLLC to communicate query requests to CSLLC.
This form can be used as part of the application for service
by a new customer.

CSLLC maintains a
database to manage query requests, and performs queries on
the frequency designated by the Telco.

CSLLC notifies customers
when eligibility has not been confirmed within the required
timeframe.

CSLLC will invoice the
State and Federal USF funds monthly on behalf of those
companies who elected this option
