at one location, which are easily identifiable within a tree

- Lynx offers easy manageability of Customer Accounts, Accounts
Receivable, and the Service Order process.
The completely graphical user interface (GUI) enables customers
to easily navigate throughout the system. i – Lynx also offers
close integration with our other software applications such as
plant records, trouble reporting, e-Bill, and our accounting
suite. Time saving features incorporated within i – Lynx are
ACH, 911, Credit Card processing, and Directory just to name a
few. Truth-In-Billing is a must in today’s industry, with i –
Lynx you’ll receive features that include identification of
deniable/non-deniable charges on the bill and regulatory
compliance of non-deniable charges within the Disconnect

Features & Customer Benefits:
i - Lynx incorporates an account structure that, in turn, provides
a myriad of powerful tools within the software. A customer
account will have three tiers associated with it, the Account,
Bill Location, and Billable Service. This account structure
enables you to view all customer billable services within a bill
location. Corporate account capability associates all customer
locations within an account. All customer information is right
at your finger tips in an easy-to-view format. CSR’s have the
capability of adding comments at all three levels, Account, Bill
Location, or Billable Service, with the option of marking them
as a pop-up comment. That way, anytime someone accesses this
account, the pop-up comment will appear. This is most valuable
when customer payment arrangements have been made and also
during the disconnect process.
If you’re offering multiple services such as Long Distance ,
Internet, or Cable TV, you have the capability to offer your
customers ONE combined bill for all services for those
customers looking for the simplicity of one bill! Optionally,
you can provide your customer with separate bills for each
service or a combination of separate bills by service, providing
your customers greater flexibility! Keep in mind, these features
can be set by individual customer. An example of enhanced
service order entry is the ability to package services such as optional telephone services. You can also create
frequently sold services packages, speeding up service order
entry with increased accuracy.
The service order process allows the client to establish many
defaults based on the customer service type. The user can easily
add services via packages or ala carte. The i - Lynx replicate
function enables multiple new services to be mass added with
very little effort! In addition, the advanced handling of 911
(Including MSAG validation) and directory within the service
order process reduces entry time and greatly increase accuracy
throughout the process. You can also perform a customer lookup
on any one of 19 different fields within Billing
Name/Number, Billing Address, or Service Address. The service
order module can be optionally configured to automatically
provision services on your switch. This feature includes the
ability to audit your switch features to the features billed
ensuring that no customer is over or under billed for recurring
charges.
i - Lynx allows you to create your own call plans on an
Individual Case Basis! This is great for marketing to
business customers. The system also allows you to apply override
rates right down to the jurisdictional level. The best thing is
that there are no programming costs or waiting for software
changes. This definitely gives you a competitive edge and is
truly a valuable time saver!
i - Lynx is also closely integrated with other software modules
such as our Plant Records, Trouble Reporting, and the i - Lynx
Accounting Suite again, providing a high-degree of efficiency.
Increased Security Features -
Your System Administrator can create various levels of Roles
based on the needs of an employee or department. Roles may
provide access to multiple applications within the system, right
down to the function level! The three different levels of access
can be assigned for each task area is "none, full, and read
only"! Any combination of the three levels can be utilized based
on the employee needs. Having roles set up for individual
departments saves time and ensures individuals are given the
appropriate access levels.
New Bill Features:
The
customer’s bill reflects all services and costs summarized on remittance
page, with subsequent Detail pages provided for each individual Service.
Three different Bill formats
available! Two-column format for printing toll detail,
one-page per sheet, or three-pages per sheet. Based on your
selection, you can save paper, reduce the size of the bill, and
save on postage.
Scan
ready Bar Codes printed on customer remittance page of bill! Allows
client’s to scan/wand in payments and update the Accounts Receivable
automatically, eliminating key-entry of payments and the possibility of errors.
Significantly reduces processing time.
Corporate Account Capability
allows Client's to pick from three different billing options!
The first option is to have each sub-account (Non-main billing
number) receive a
bill, with the main billing account (Main billing number) also receiving a bill with
remittance responsibility, the second option is where each
sub-account can receive and pay their own bill, the third option
is a combination of sub-accounts and corporate offices receiving
and paying bills.
Toll
Management Reports available for Business & Residential customers
utilizing your toll service! Allows
business managers the ability to track calls by different criteria at
each sub-account or by phone number. Provides both Business and Residential customers ability to quickly
summarize their calling patterns and identify areas that may need
attention. Customer can pick and choose from 18 different management
reports. A sampling of reports are: Originating Number
Summary/Outbound, Area Summary/Outbound, and Long Duration
