i-lynx offers exciting new features
Market Segmentation
capabilities - We're excited about the possibilities this brings to our
clients and the potential savings they can realize by target marketing
customers with the highest likelihood to purchase in lieu of mass
marketing! i-Lynx bill messaging, bill inserts and our Customer
Report/Mailing Label program all provide the ability to target of select
customers within specific market segments. The bottom line is you're
targeting the high potential customers, saving you money on your
marketing pieces, postage and most importantly your resources!
The utilization of Reason
codes are now available to our customers. Reason codes track reasons a
customer purchases or disconnects service; evaluate the effectiveness of
your marketing campaigns, in addition, they allow you to set sales goals
and track performance.
We've recently added two
features that will allow our clients to save both valuable resources and
money. The first is Email bill capability, which allows bills to be
emailed to customers. The customer receives a pdf image of the bill and
inserts as electronic attachments to the same email. The other
significant feature allows clients to print customer disconnect notices
on the first page of the bill. Both of these new features will
significantly enhance operational effectiveness, while implementing
go-green initiatives. These features are a benefit to both our clients
and their customers.
CSLLC was also well ahead
of the required mandated changes surrounding CPNI and Census tracking.
Computer Systems, LLC signs Two New Clients
World Communications, Inc.
(WCI) with its principal business office in Seattle, Washington and
Arialink Telecom, LLC, (Arialink) located in Lansing, Michigan recently
signed contracts with Computer Systems. We will be performing CABS
billing for both WCI and Arialink. In Addition, Arialink will be
utilizing Computer System's retail software i-Lynx, along
with other software applications and taking advantage of our fulfillment
services. Computer Systems would again like to thank our new Client's
for their business, as we are eager to expand on our new relationships.
