offers new features
A new video audit
feature/capability is now available within i-lynx. This enhancement
compares the services being billed to end-users within i-lynx with the
actual services being delivered through the video service provider's
software.
The MSAG search functions
have been enhanced. In addition, adding new MSAG records or changing the
address range was facilitated. These are significant time savers.
The new mailing labels
feature has added the
ability to easily create special mailing labels or reports, which can be
viewed, printed, or exported to a file, typically CSV format for
utilization within Excel.
CSLLC
picks up new clients
CSLLC has recently
signed two Iowa clients, Liberty Communications, located in West
Liberty, and Mahaska Communication Group (MCG) located in Oskaloosa, IA.
We will be performing Retail and CABS billing for both companies. Our
Windows convergent billing software will be installed at each of their
locations. Liberty and MCG alike are excited about the enhanced features
they will have available once the software is installed. Our goal is to
help our customer’s gain a competitive edge, by offering software that
will enhance their business operations and provide them with increased
marketing capabilities. All of us at CSLLC are greatly looking forward
to working with Liberty Communications and MCG and would like to thank
them again for their new business.
